Shipping & Returns

Pursuits design's are made, designed, and shipped from our studio in Toronto, Canada. We ship Canada-wide, to the US, and internationally.

All US shipments are free of customs & duties. We prepare a document called the CUSMA for each individual package, which is an agreement between Canada and the US wherein packages under a certain value will not be charged for customs & duties. Therefore, no unexpected costs will be charged to your package upon delivery.

Shipping Fees:

All packages will be shipped by standard service with a tracking number.

  • Canadian shipping by Canada Post varies from $9-$18 CAD
  • USPS First Class, (no insurance, 7 days) - $9 
  • USPS Priority, (with insurance, 7days) - $14.5
  • UPS Standard, (with insurance, 5-8 days), varies from $16-21 depending on location

Local Pickup:

We welcome local pick for customers based in the GTA. Our studio is located at 9 Davies Avenue, Suite 405, Toronto, ON M4M 2A6.  Scheduled appointments can be made once your order is ready. You will receive an email with calendar options from our automated scheduling system.

 

Processing times and Details:

As our jewelry is handmade, please allow for 2-3 business days (excluding weekends) for orders to be made, packed, and fulfilled. Our team will be in touch with you in cases where we require more time, or if exceptional circumstances arise.

Prior to packing your order, each piece will go through 2 - 3 precise inspections by our different members of our team in order to ensure your order has zero defects or damage.

All standard shipping comes with tracking and you will receive the tracking number via email once it has been shipped.

Returns | Exchanges

(For direct purchases from Pursuits online or in-person events)

We will gladly accept exchanges or returns for store credit within 7 days of receipt. All items must be unworn, in like-new condition with original receipt or order number provided.

No refunds for sale items, all sales on markdown products are final. However, we are happy to assist on exchanging sale pieces for other designs that may suit you better.

Please note that unless an item arrives damaged or an order is received with error, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanging or returning the item(s).

 

Exchange Only 

(For purchase from Pursuits' stockists or without receipt)

We will gladly accept exchanges for any in-season designs (available on our website) if you received Pursuits as a gift, purchased from one of our stockists, or no longer have your receipt. All items must be unworn, in like-new condition.

There is a 50% restocking fee that will be charged and deducted from the exchange credit amount. Please understand that these items are sold at supply cost, and as such we are unable to credit the full purchase amount in these cases.
